You know me.
I am a nice customer. I never complain.
In the restaurant, I'm waiting patiently while the waitress is chatting with her friend and doesn't care a straw whether my sausage is ready or not.
Sometimes, one who entered later than me is getting my sausage.
But I don't say anything.
In the specialist shop I'm taking consideration of my fellow men.
I'm staying urbane and polite when a moody sales assistant serves me, who is getting grumpy and nasty, because I'm viewing some articles before I buy.
I never criticize.
I wouldn't dream of having a scene in public like other people do.
That is so foolish.
I am a nice customer!
But I want to tell you, what else I am. I am that customer, who will never return. That is my little revenge for getting hustled around. Certainly, that way I am not one to express annoyance immediately, but in a long term this is a much more deadly revenge. Who laughs last laughs best, they say. I am laughing when I see how they spend money for commercial presentation like madmen to get me back. They could have kept me right from the beginning by only using a few nice words and a friendly smile.
